Events Process

The Royal Virtual Events Details

Payment Due

Balance must be paid in FULL BEFORE Video submission deadline.

Late fees

A $5.00 LATE fee PER ATHLETE will apply to the invoice 2 weeks before the event.

Videos Due

10 days before the event. Upload to your www.regchamp.com account. The Upload button is next to each team

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

  • All Participants – Receive a Medal
  • Division Winners – Team Banner (Nationals winners also receive individual pendants)
  • Level Champions – Prestigious Crown Trophy or Nationals Level Champ Award
  • Grand Champions –Team Banner & Exclusive Champion Gear for each athlete

Results & Awards

The Royal Virtual Events Details

  • Your scoresheets will be emailed on event day by 4pm
  • You will have 6 hours to reply to the email for Accuscore & questions/challenges.
  • You will receive your FINAL score sheets the Tuesday following the event.
  • The Awards Show will be broadcast on Wednesday 4pm after the event.
  • Full results will be posted and emailed by Thursday after the event.
  • ALL AWARDS will be mailed out the Thursday FOLLOWING the event.
